  • What this warranty covers

Workmanship defects and conformance to your contract documents.

Parrish Construction Inc. warrants that the work we performed will be free from defects in workmanship and will conform to the contract documents executed between the Owner and Parrish Construction Inc.

    • Work performed by our team and our contracted trades.
    • Installation methods and assembly consistent with contract scope and specifications.
    • Correction of covered workmanship defects reported within the warranty term.
  • Warranty term

One (1) year from the date of project completion unless stated otherwise.
Coverage begins on the date of project completion (or the date defined in your agreement) and continues for one (1) year. Written notice within the warranty period is required to maintain coverage.

  • Materials and manufacturer warranties

Product defects are handled by the manufacturer (not our workmanship warranty).
Many items installed in your project (fixtures, appliances, flooring, tile, paint, hardware, etc.) are covered by separate manufacturer warranties. When applicable, we will provide documentation at closeout.

Manufacturer claims are administered by the manufacturer. We can help you locate paperwork, but we do not control manufacturer approval timelines or outcomes.
  • What this warranty does not cover

Wear and tear, lack of maintenance, misuse, or third-party alterations.

    • Normal wear and tear; cosmetic changes due to aging, sunlight, or typical use.
    • Damage from abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, or failure to maintain per manufacturer guidelines.
    • Water intrusion, mold, or damage caused by owner-supplied items, plumbing stoppages, or non-project conditions.
    • Any repairs/alterations performed by others without our prior written consent.
    • Products/materials not supplied by Parrish Construction Inc. (owner-provided items).

  • Our response and remedies

We inspect, confirm coverage, then repair within a reasonable timeframe.
After receiving your claim, we’ll review it and may schedule a site visit. If covered, our obligation is limited to repair or correction of the defective workmanship.

    • We may coordinate access, special-order parts, or manufacturer support if needed.
    • If not covered, we’ll explain why and can provide a proposal for non-warranty work.
