What this warranty covers
Workmanship defects and conformance to your contract documents.
Parrish Construction Inc. warrants that the work we performed will be free from defects in workmanship and will conform to the contract documents executed between the Owner and Parrish Construction Inc.
- Work performed by our team and our contracted trades.
- Installation methods and assembly consistent with contract scope and specifications.
- Correction of covered workmanship defects reported within the warranty term.

Warranty term
One (1) year from the date of project completion unless stated otherwise.
Coverage begins on the date of project completion (or the date defined in your agreement) and continues for one (1) year. Written notice within the warranty period is required to maintain coverage. -
Materials and manufacturer warranties
Product defects are handled by the manufacturer (not our workmanship warranty).
Many items installed in your project (fixtures, appliances, flooring, tile, paint, hardware, etc.) are covered by separate manufacturer warranties. When applicable, we will provide documentation at closeout.Manufacturer claims are administered by the manufacturer. We can help you locate paperwork, but we do not control manufacturer approval timelines or outcomes. -
What this warranty does not cover
Wear and tear, lack of maintenance, misuse, or third-party alterations.
- Normal wear and tear; cosmetic changes due to aging, sunlight, or typical use.
- Damage from abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, or failure to maintain per manufacturer guidelines.
- Water intrusion, mold, or damage caused by owner-supplied items, plumbing stoppages, or non-project conditions.
- Any repairs/alterations performed by others without our prior written consent.
- Products/materials not supplied by Parrish Construction Inc. (owner-provided items).

How to file a warranty claim
Written notice + details + photos; we’ll coordinate next steps.
Please submit the following:
- Name + project address
- Approx. project completion date
- Description of the issue and when it began
- Clear photos/video (if available)
- Best contact info and availability windows
If the issue involves an active leak or safety concern, take reasonable steps to prevent further damage (shutoff valves,
towels/bucket, etc.) and notify us immediately. -
Our response and remedies
We inspect, confirm coverage, then repair within a reasonable timeframe.
After receiving your claim, we’ll review it and may schedule a site visit. If covered, our obligation is limited to repair or correction of the defective workmanship.
- We may coordinate access, special-order parts, or manufacturer support if needed.
- If not covered, we’ll explain why and can provide a proposal for non-warranty work.
If the issue involves an active leak or safety concern, take reasonable steps to prevent further damage (shutoff valves,
towels/bucket, etc.) and notify us immediately. -
Owner responsibilities
Basic care and avoiding unauthorized modifications keeps coverage intact.
- Operate and maintain products per manufacturer instructions.
- Promptly report issues and provide access for inspection/repair.
- Avoid unapproved third-party repairs or alterations to covered work.

Legal and additional terms
Non-transferable unless stated; contract controls; governing law applies.
- This warranty is non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing.
- This warranty is the exclusive workmanship warranty provided by Parrish Construction Inc.
- Governing law: State of California (unless your contract states otherwise).
