Parrish Construction is a small, intentional team — and that's by design. Garrett and Autumn run every project personally, from the first discovery call through the final walkthrough. No hand-offs to project managers you've never met. No crews you didn't agree to. Just two people who have spent their careers in this industry and built a company around doing the work right.
Garrett didn’t find construction — he grew up inside it.
Some of his earliest memories are in his grandfather’s garage: a veteran who taught himself to build a house from library books he had delivered to his hospital bed, then came home and did exactly that. Garrett spent his childhood alongside his dad and grandfather, working on everything from fine carpentry to rough framing. That garage is where the love of the trades started.
He took a detour through IT — earned a degree in Network Security, built websites on the side, spent years at a desk — before realizing he needed to be in the field, not in front of a screen. He went back to the trades and spent the next 14 years working through framing, finish carpentry, tile, flooring, and plumbing, learning every phase from the ground up.
In 2021 he founded Parrish Construction Inc. By 2024 he was running it full time.
What drives him is simple: the work leaves a permanent mark. The flooring he installs might be the floor in the background of a family’s Christmas photos for the next twenty years. He’d rather it be something they’re proud of.

Autumn didn’t stumble into construction — she came back to it on purpose.
Her first chapter in residential remodeling gave her a foundation she never forgot: managing client projects, running the office, watching a space transform from the very first lead call through to closeout. She loved the problem-solving. She loved the process. Most of all, she loved the people.
When the opportunity came to step away and explore other corners of the industry, she did. But residential kept pulling her back. When she joined Parrish Construction in early 2025, it wasn’t a hard decision. She wasn’t looking for a new role — she was returning to the kind of work that had always felt most meaningful.
What drives Autumn is the belief that every home should reflect the people who live in it. A remodel isn’t just a renovation — it’s the kitchen where a family gathers, the bathroom someone finally made their own. She approaches every project with genuine curiosity about how clients actually live, and a commitment to making the result both beautiful and functional for their specific life.
She’s the kind of person who thinks three steps ahead so her clients don’t have to.
